This is the easiest part. Within one business day of payment receipt, you will receive an email from us with all of the account information you will need to present to your telephone carrier in order to transfer your new vanity phone number to them. That information will include the current telephone carrier name, the account number, personalized account PIN, and more.
Just print that email out and present it to your carrier either in person, over the phone or digitally (sometimes in the case of landline or VOIP). They will know what to do with it and will take care of all the rest for you! It couldn’t be more simple.
In some cases with landline and VOIP carriers, they may ask for a Customer Service Record or a copy of a recent phone bill. If asked, please send us an email request at Info@telephonedigits.com . We will get you that PDF document within one business day. Wireless carriers do not require such a document.
